We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

How to use

Attach a compatible RF or RF‑mount lens, insert a charged Lithium‑Ion battery and a memory card, then power on the camera. Use the guided menus and Creative Assist to select shooting modes and adjust exposure, focus and white balance. For stills, compose using the viewfinder or the 3" LCD and press the shutter to capture images; for video, choose 4K mode and start/stop recording with the video button. Use Continuous AF and burst mode to photograph moving subjects. To transfer files, enable Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi and connect the camera to the Canon Camera Connect app or set up automatic image transfer.

Recommendations

For best image quality, use lenses with wide apertures to take advantage of the APS-C sensor’s depth of field control. When shooting in low light, raise ISO gradually and use image stabilization or a tripod to avoid blur.
