MIMO directional antenna Teltonika PR1KC640 4 dBi SMA

The Teltonika PR1KC640 is a MIMO directional roof antenna with a maximum gain of 4 dBi, designed for mobile, GNSS and Wi‑Fi applications. It covers a wide frequency range of 617–4200 MHz and uses an SMA male connector. The antenna's compact dimensions (189 × 182 × 85 mm) and 0.96 kg weight make it suitable for rooftop installation where directional signal reception and transmission are required.

Advantages

The PR1KC640 provides combined support for 5G, mobile networks, GNSS and Wi‑Fi in one compact unit, reducing the need for multiple separate antennas. Its MIMO directional design improves signal stability and link performance in the intended coverage sector. The SMA male connector ensures compatibility with many routers and modems that accept external antennas.

Suitable for

• Improving cellular data reception for routers and modems with SMA antenna ports
• Vehicle and fixed rooftop installations requiring directional MIMO coverage
• Combined mobile, GNSS and Wi‑Fi setups where space or mount points are limited

How to use

Mount the antenna on a roof or another elevated, unobstructed location oriented toward the desired coverage area to maximize directional performance. Connect the SMA male connector to the external antenna port of your router, modem or receiver that supports external MIMO antennas. Secure all connections and use weatherproofing measures on exposed cable joints if installed outdoors.

Recommendations

Place the antenna as high as practicable and avoid large metal obstacles between the antenna and the target base station or hotspot. Test orientation and position during installation to find the best signal level; small adjustments can noticeably improve throughput and stability.
