MAXELL DVD+R 4.7 GB 16x 50-pack printable cakebox

Maxell DVD+R 4.7 GB discs, pack of 50, provide writable optical media for storing data, video, and audio. Each single-layer disc holds up to 4.7 GB of native capacity, suitable for standard DVD recording and archiving. The DVD+R format is write-once, offering stable data retention and wide compatibility with most DVD burners and many standalone DVD players and drives.

Advantages

These Maxell DVD+R discs combine a standardized 4.7 GB capacity with consistent recordability and good readability across compatible devices. The write-once nature of DVD+R media reduces accidental overwriting, while the 50-disc spindle offers a cost-effective supply for home, office, or studio use. Discs are suitable for long-form video, software backup, and transferable data distribution.

• Physical format: 120 mm optical disc

How to use

Insert a blank Maxell DVD+R disc into a DVD writer or recorder that supports DVD+R media. Use your preferred burning software to select data, video or audio files and choose an appropriate write speed based on your drive and software recommendations. Finalize the disc if you need it to be playable on standalone DVD players. Store recorded discs vertically in their spindle or protective cases in a cool, dry environment to maintain readability.

Recommendations

For best results, match the burning speed to your drive’s recommended setting rather than always selecting the maximum speed. Label discs with a soft-tipped marker designed for optical media and avoid adhesives on the recording surface. Keep important backups in multiple locations or formats to reduce risk of data loss.
