Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The LG NanoCell AI 55NANO81A6A is a 55-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV that uses NanoCell display technology and Direct-LED backlighting to reproduce accurate colors and detailed images at a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. Equipped with the webOS platform and built-in wireless and wired network connectivity, this television is designed for streaming, broadcast reception and everyday home viewing. The black chassis and slim profile suit living rooms, bedrooms or shared entertainment areas.

Advantages

This NanoCell TV delivers enhanced color purity and consistent image uniformity across the 55" panel thanks to NanoCell filtering and Direct-LED illumination. The 4K resolution provides crisp detail for films, sports and games while webOS offers access to popular streaming apps and network services. Built-in Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN ensure flexible connectivity options and support for online content. Energy consumption values for SDR and HDR operation are specified for easier comparison with other models.

How to use

Use the remote control to switch inputs between broadcast tuner, HDMI devices and network apps. Adjust picture settings from the TV menu to match room lighting and content type (movie, game, sports, etc.).

Recommendations

For best image quality, allow the panel to warm up for a few minutes before critical viewing, select the appropriate picture mode for the content, and maintain a viewing distance that suits a 55" 4K screen (typically 1.5–2.5 meters).
