Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

LG 45GX90SA-B is a 45" (114.3 cm) curved OLED computer monitor with a 3440 x 1440 Wide Quad HD resolution and a 21:9 native aspect ratio. The panel offers wide 178°/178° viewing angles, a high contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1 and typical brightness of 275 cd/m². The display includes built-in speakers, VESA mounting compatibility and height adjustment. Connectivity includes two HDMI ports, one DisplayPort and a USB-C downstream port; a headphone output is also provided.

Advantages

The OLED panel delivers deep blacks and high contrast suitable for detail-critical work and immersive media. The 21:9 ultrawide format and curved screen increase horizontal workspace and improve peripheral visibility. Fast pixel response and a maximum refresh rate of 240 Hz support smooth motion for gaming and real-time applications. Integrated speakers and multiple video inputs simplify setup and reduce the need for extra peripherals.

Key specifications

How to use

Connect the monitor to a compatible video source using HDMI, DisplayPort or USB-C depending on your device. Adjust height and position to align the curved screen with your eye level for comfortable viewing. Use on-screen display controls to set resolution to 3440 × 1440 and choose refresh rate up to 240 Hz if supported by your graphics output. Connect headphones to the audio output or use the built-in speakers for sound. Mount the monitor on a VESA-compatible arm or wall bracket if required.

Recommendations

To preserve OLED image quality, avoid displaying static high-contrast elements at maximum brightness for prolonged periods. Use automatic or scheduled screen savers and vary content when possible. For best results in gaming and fast-motion tasks, enable higher refresh rates and ensure your GPU can sustain frame rates that match the monitor’s capabilities.
