Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The LG UltraGear 32GR93U is a 32-inch IPS gaming monitor with HDMI 2.1 support, designed for high-resolution, high-refresh-rate gaming on PC and modern consoles. It delivers up to 4K UHD resolution at 144Hz on compatible PCs and supports up to 120Hz refresh rate on next‑generation gaming consoles. The display pairs vivid color and contrast with an ultra-fast 1ms (GtG) response time for responsive visuals.

Advantages

The monitor offers HDMI 2.1 connectivity for high-bandwidth video and smooth gameplay at high resolutions and refresh rates. Its 1ms (GtG) IPS panel balances color fidelity and speed, providing clear detail in fast-moving scenes. The model is NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, tested to reduce screen tearing and stutter, and includes AMD FreeSync™ Premium for low-latency, tear-free performance at higher refresh rates.

Key specifications

  • Screen size: 32 inches
  • Panel type: IPS
  • Maximum resolution: 4K UHD
  • Maximum refresh rate: 144Hz (PC)
  • Console refresh rate support: up to 120Hz (next‑gen consoles)
  • Response time: 1ms (GtG)
  • Connectivity: HDMI 2.1
  • Adaptive sync: NVIDIA G‑SYNC Compatible, AMD FreeSync™ Premium

How to use

Connect the monitor to a PC or console using an HDMI 2.1 cable to enable high-resolution and high-refresh-rate modes. On PC, configure the graphics card settings to output 4K at 144Hz if supported; on compatible consoles, set the video output to allow up to 120Hz where available. Enable G-SYNC or FreeSync in your system or monitor settings to reduce tearing and stutter. Adjust brightness, color, and game-specific presets through the monitor on-screen menu for optimal visibility and performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use a certified HDMI 2.1 cable and ensure your GPU or console firmware supports the desired resolution and refresh rate. Update graphics drivers or console system software and enable adaptive sync features to minimize screen tearing during fast-paced gameplay.

7/10

Verdict: I'm at odds with how I feel about the LG UltraGear 32GR93U-B, because a relatively plain design could be viewed negatively given the cost, but its performance is unquestionable, despite a lacking contrast ratio. Overall, if you're in the market for a 4K g...

Pros
  • Super responsive
  • Solid viewing angles
  • Great I/O placement
Cons
  • Low contrast ratio
  • No swivel
