Lexmark XC9645 Laser Printer A3 1200x1200 DPI 45 ppm Wi-Fi

The Lexmark XC9645 is an A3 colour laser multifunction device designed for busy office environments that require reliable, high-volume document handling. It delivers up to 1200 x 1200 DPI print resolution and a rated speed of 45 pages per minute. The device combines printing, copying and scanning functions with duplex scanning and wireless connectivity to streamline workflows and reduce manual handling of multi-page documents.

Advantages

The printer produces sharp text and detailed colour graphics at 1200 x 1200 DPI while maintaining a high throughput of up to 45 ppm for black-and-white and colour output. Integrated Wi‑Fi allows flexible placement without dedicated cabling, and duplex scanning reduces paper handling time for two-sided originals. The multifunction design consolidates several devices into a single unit, saving office space and simplifying device management. Robust media handling supports A3 output for larger-format documents and posters.

How to use

Place the Lexmark XC9645 on a stable, level surface with sufficient clearance for paper trays and the automatic document feeder. Connect the device to the office network via Wi‑Fi or Ethernet according to the network administrator’s guidance, then install drivers and management software on user workstations. Load paper into the appropriate trays and configure paper size and type through the control panel or device web interface. Use the touchscreen or web interface to select print, copy or scan workflows, set resolution and duplex options, and preview job settings before execution.

Recommendations

For consistent print quality and reliable operation, use media within the recommended weight and size ranges, perform regular maintenance such as replacing consumables before end-of-life indicators, and keep firmware up to date. When scanning multi-page documents, use the automatic document feeder and enable duplex scanning to minimize handling time. For networks with multiple users, configure user access and quota policies via the device management tools to control costs and monitor usage.
