The DEWALT DWHT0-43224 600mm (0.6 m) box beam level provides a rigid, easy-to-read tool for precise levelling with an accuracy of 0.5 mm/m. Constructed with a large cross section and robust over-moulded end caps, the level includes a magnified centre vial, two vertical vials and one horizontal vial, die-cast centre vial holder, bridged centre vial and carry hand holes for transport and handling.

How to use

Place the DeWALT level on the surface to be checked or aligned. For horizontal checks, rest the level on the surface and read the centred bubble in the horizontal vial; for vertical alignment use one of the vertical vials. Use the magnified centre vial for finer alignment. When working along edges, use the milled faces as reference surfaces. Carry or hang the level using the carry hand holes or hang holes at the ends for convenient transport and storage.

Recommendations

Store the level in a protected place and avoid severe impact to preserve vial calibration. Periodically check accuracy against a known reference surface before critical measurements.
