Easy setup.
The FlexTop 170 can be easily unfolded. Simply loosen the flexible height adjustment strap from the magnetic lock at the bottom. Then choose one of the seven heights and set your personal optimal height level between 110 mm and 225 mm. Position lightweight laptops (up to 16 inches), tablets and mobile screens on the FlexTop 170, the foam lining protects the devices from scratches. The anti-slip feet at the bottom ensure that the laptop stand remains firmly in place. Adjust your laptop screen to the correct height, angle, and distance so that you automatically adopt an ergonomically correct posture.
Ergonomic background
Distance between your eyes and the screen should be 50-80 cm (approximately an arm length), depending on monitor size and resolution. Adjust the distance of your screen (VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S. 93.).The angle of your line of vision to the middle of the screen should be approximately -35°, so also adjust the height of your screen (VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S.46.).Legal requirementsThe laptop is not suitable for longer use without external devices. Ideal height.
The height adjustment range of the FlexTop 170 is 110 mm to 225 mm and is divided into seven levels. In the twinkling of an eye, you can bring up your laptop screen to a comfortable eye level, take the strain off your neck and work pain-free. With the right height you will automatically work more comfortable, and above all more productively.
How to use
Place the FlexTop 170 on a flat surface and position your laptop on the foam-lined platform. Use the flexible height adjustment strap to set one of the seven available heights between 110 and 225 mm until the screen reaches a comfortable viewing angle. Ensure the anti-slip feet are in contact with the table to maintain stability. Reposition or fold the stand as needed for transport.
Recommendations
For ergonomic benefit, set the top of the laptop screen close to eye level and use an external keyboard and mouse where possible to keep wrists and forearms in a neutral position.
