Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Step up performance. Not size.
Pro-level performance combines with true mobility in this sleek and powerful laptop. Review 3D designs, create with AI tools in pro apps, and work across multiple projects wherever you are. Stay productive with an AI workstation that delivers both performance and long-lasting battery.[1]

HP recommends Windows 11 Pro for business

Work anywhere without compromising on performance with Windows 11 and HP collaboration, security, and connectivity technology. Summarize and rewrite content, get relevant content recommendations, and stay organized with Microsoft Copilot.[6]

Intel® Core™ Ultra Processor

Unleash productivity with a new architecture that delivers power-efficient performance for complex business workloads and is purpose-built for the next era of AI software by sending the right task to the right engine at the right time.[7]

NVIDIA® Graphics

Tackle your biggest projects with an optional NVIDIA RTX™ 500 Ada Laptop GPU; certified for pro apps.[3]

HP Z Turbo Drive High-speed Storage

Work without limits in any location with local PCIe storage that’s up to 6x faster than SATA SSD, and up to 21x faster than traditional HDD storage.[8]

HP Fast Charge

Ultra-fast recharge takes you from zero to 50% charge in just 30 minutes.[9]

Spill-resistant Keyboard

Accidents happen - which is why we designed our keyboard with a drain hole, so minor spills flow out the bottom for easy cleanup.

Fast and efficient wireless LAN

The portability of your PC and the reliability of a fast connection determines where you can work. Get a fast and reliable connection in dense wireless environments with gigabit data rate Wi-Fi 7.[10]

Industry-leading security features

Advanced security features come standard. System safeguards like HP Sure Start – the industry's first self-healing BIOS – mean your device is locked down tight, so your data and identity are too.

Poly Camera Pro

Look your best on video calls and save some power too. Manage your video controls for internal and external cameras with Poly Camera Pro. Now Auto Frame, Spotlight, Background Blur, and virtual backgrounds save power running on the NPU.[11]

Upgrade to pro-level components

Say goodbye to lags and crashes with fast responsiveness. With an Intel® Core™ Ultra CPU,[2] with up to 13 NPU TOPS,[2] integrated or discrete graphics,[3] and large memory configurations,[3] open large files and run pro apps simultaneously for speedy multitasking.

Work all day. Anywhere.

The most mobile ZBook, now redesigned, is made to move. With a long-lasting battery[1] this sleek device is small enough to fit in your bag so you can stay productive anywhere. This is high performance workstation power on the go.

Accelerate AI workflows

Speed up AI inferencing on the HP ZBook 8, with pro-level graphics designed for advanced AI workflows. Focus on the work that matters and enable productivity without diverting resources from your most demanding work.

Help protect our shared future with PCs that drive towards increasing sustainability.

At HP, we care about the impact our products have on our people, communities, and the planet. That’s why this device is EPEAT® Gold registered[4] and the outer box packaging is 100% sustainably sourced.[5]

How to use

Power on the laptop using the power button and complete the initial Windows 11 Pro setup. Install required professional applications such as CAD, video editing, or development tools from your licenses or official sources. Use the dedicated GPU settings in Windows or NVIDIA control panel to assign GPU usage for demanding applications. For best performance, keep the system drivers and BIOS updated and use power profiles appropriate for high-performance workloads.

Recommendations

For sustained heavy workloads, place the laptop on a hard, flat surface to ensure adequate ventilation. Regularly back up important data from the 512 GB SSD and consider external storage if large media or project files are common. Use the three-year warranty and IT support channels for business deployments and maintenance.
