Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Performance to stay productive from anywhere
The HP ProBook 460 16-inch laptop provides growing businesses with commercial-grade performance, multi-layered endpoint security[4], and durability in an easily upgradeable design. Powered by the latest Intel processor[2] and long battery life, this feature-rich PC is well-equipped for long-term productivity and helps enable hybrid work.

Windows 11

Work anywhere without compromising on performance or security with Windows 11 powered by HP's collaboration and connectivity technology.

Latest Intel® multi-core processor

Configure your HP ProBook CPU for the perfect combination of power, snappy performance, and value. The latest Intel® processor handles multiple work tasks smoothly and reliably with multiple processing cores to divide up the work.[1]

Security is your top priority

The HP Wolf Pro Security Edition provides preconfigured enterprise-level PC protection for small and medium sized businesses.[3]

Fast and efficient wireless LAN

The portability of your PC and the reliability of a fast connection determines where you can work. Get a fast and reliable connection in dense wireless environments with gigabit-speed Wi-Fi 6E.[5]

Browse confidently

Help protect your PC from websites and read only Microsoft Office and PDF attachments with embedded malware, ransomware, or viruses with hardware-enforced security from HP Sure Click.[7]

HP Sure Sense

Malware is evolving rapidly and traditional antivirus can’t always recognize new attacks. Protect your PC against never-before-seen attacks with HP Sure Sense, which uses deep learning AI to provide exceptional protection against advanced malware.

Automatic recovery from firmware attacks

Firmware attacks can completely devastate your PC. Stay protected with HP’s self-healing BIOS - HP Sure Start Gen7 automatically recovers the BIOS from malware, rootkits, or corruption.

Work without interruption

Keep productivity high and downtime low with the fully integrated and automated features of the HP BIOSphere Gen6 firmware ecosystem. Your PCs have extra protection thanks to automatic updates and security checks.[8]

Speed up the basics of IT management

The HP Manageability Integration Kit helps speed up image creation and management of hardware, BIOS, and security through Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.[9]

Designed for hybrid productivity

Enhance productivity working from home or in the office with the 16:10 aspect ratio on a 16-inch display.

Optimized for growing business

Keep up with demanding, deadline-driven tasks with the latest Intel® processor[2] and long battery life.

Protected by HP Wolf Security

HP Wolf Pro Security Edition PCs interlace HP Sure Click Pro with HP Sure Sense Pro providing more in-depth coverage than the standard versions through a 1-year or 3-year user license with HP Support.[4] This creates a powerful, single solution that doesn’t require an IT-managed PC environment.

Help protect our shared future

Manufactured with sustainability in mind with 100 percent sustainably sourced materials in the outer box.[6]

How to use

Power on the laptop and complete the Windows 11 Pro setup using your business account or personal Microsoft account. Connect to available Wi‑Fi 6E networks for faster wireless performance. Use the preinstalled operating system to install productivity software, security tools, and business applications. The SSD and DDR5 memory support quick application launches and responsive multitasking; close unused apps to conserve battery life during mobile use. For hardware upgrades, consult the HP maintenance guide to add or replace compatible components.

Recommendations

For reliable day-to-day business use, keep the system firmware and Windows updates current, use endpoint security solutions, and perform regular backups of important data to protect information and maintain performance over time.
