Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The DELL Pro PC16250 16" Intel Core Ultra 5 32GB RAM 512GB SSD Intel Graphics Windows 11 Pro is a professional-grade laptop with a 16-inch Full HD+ display (1920 x 1200) designed for balanced performance and portability. Powered by an Intel Core Ultra 5 235U processor and 32 GB of DDR5 memory, this model is equipped with a 512 GB SSD for responsive storage and quick application load times. It runs Windows 11 Pro and supports Wi‑Fi 6E connectivity, while its lightweight 1.92 kg chassis in Platinum finish suits mobile work and study environments.

Advantages

The combination of an Intel Core Ultra 5 235U processor and 32 GB DDR5 RAM delivers smooth multitasking and efficient handling of business applications. The 512 GB SSD provides fast boot and file access, improving overall productivity. The 16" 1920 x 1200 display offers extra vertical space for documents and web pages compared with standard Full HD. Built-in Intel integrated graphics and Windows 11 Pro ensure compatibility with common professional software and security features. At 1.92 kg, the laptop balances screen size and portability for users who travel or move between workspaces.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking (spreadsheets, documents, email)
  • Remote work and videoconferencing
  • Software development and light virtualization
  • Students and researchers needing a large-screen portable device
  • Business users requiring Windows 11 Pro security and management features

How to use

Unpack the laptop and connect the power adapter for initial charging. Power on the device and follow the Windows 11 Pro setup prompts to configure user accounts, security settings, and network connections. Install needed productivity applications and device drivers via Windows Update or manufacturer resources. Use the 16" display for document editing, spreadsheets, and web applications; rely on the 32 GB RAM to keep multiple applications and browser tabs open without significant slowdowns. For secure remote access, configure VPN and BitLocker encryption as required by your organization.

Recommendations

For sustained performance, keep Windows and drivers up to date, maintain at least 15% free SSD space to allow optimal write performance, and use a reliable cooling surface in prolonged high-load scenarios. When traveling, store the laptop in a padded case and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or high humidity.
