Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Dell Pro 16 Plus PB16250 is a 16" business laptop with a FHD+ anti-glare display, powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 265U processor with up to 5.3 GHz boost, 12 cores, 32GB DDR5 memory (1x32GB, 5600 MHz) and a 512GB SSD. Connectivity features include Wi‑Fi 802.11ax and Bluetooth 5.3. The device is offered with ProSupport NBD Onsite and a 36‑month warranty; the battery has a 12‑month warranty.

Advantages

The Dell Pro 16 Plus combines high-performance components—Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU, 32GB DDR5 RAM and fast 512GB SSD—with a large anti‑glare 16" FHD+ screen to provide stable multitasking and responsive application performance. Built‑in security and convenience features such as a fingerprint reader, IR camera and Windows 11 Pro support secure authentication and business workflows. Long support and warranty terms (ProSupport NBD Onsite, 36 months) are included for professional use.

How to use

Power on the laptop and complete the Windows 11 Pro initial setup. Use the built‑in Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth to connect to networks and peripherals. For best performance in multitasking, rely on the preinstalled configuration with 32GB DDR5 memory and SSD storage; avoid filling the SSD beyond recommended free space to maintain speed. Use the fingerprint reader or IR camera for quick sign‑in with Windows Hello. Charge the embedded battery with the supplied adapter and follow normal power management settings to balance runtime and performance.

Recommendations

Keep system and driver updates current (Windows Update and Dell support drivers). For battery longevity, avoid constant full discharges and store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
