Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The DELL Pro 16 Plus PB16250 is a 16" productivity laptop with a 1920 x 1200 Full HD+ display, an Intel Core Ultra 7 268V processor and 32 GB of LPDDR5x memory. It includes a 512 GB solid-state drive and Intel Arc Graphics 140V to support visual tasks. The system runs Windows 11 Pro and is housed in an aluminium chassis, offering a balance of performance and portability for professional use.

Advantages

The combination of an Intel Core Ultra 7 268V CPU and 32 GB of RAM enables smooth multitasking and responsive application performance. A 512 GB SSD provides fast boot and load times while Intel Arc Graphics 140V accelerates graphics processing for content creation and media playback. The 16" 1920 x 1200 panel delivers more vertical space than standard 16:9 displays, improving document viewing and split-screen workflows. Built-in Wi‑Fi 7 and optional 5G connectivity support high-speed wireless networking. The aluminium body contributes to structural durability and a professional appearance without adding excessive weight.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking with multiple applications
  • Remote work and video conferencing
  • Content review, photo editing and light video tasks accelerated by Intel Arc graphics
  • Frequent travel where a balance of performance and weight matters

Use built-in tools and drivers provided by Dell to optimize battery life and performance. For content tasks, enable appropriate graphics settings in applications to take advantage of Intel Arc acceleration.

Recommendations

For best results, keep Windows 11 Pro and device drivers up to date, use the SSD for the operating system and frequently used applications, and select a balanced or performance power plan when running demanding workloads.
