Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The DELL Pro 14 Plus PB14250 is a 14" laptop designed for everyday professional use and mobile productivity. It integrates a 14-inch Full HD+ (1920 x 1200) display with an Intel Core 5 120U processor, 16 GB of DDR5 memory and a 512 GB SSD. Windows 11 Pro is preinstalled and the system uses integrated Intel graphics. The chassis is aluminium-coloured and the notebook weighs approximately 1.53 kg, providing a balance of screen clarity, processing capability and portability for work, study and light multimedia tasks.

Advantages

The combination of an energy-efficient Intel Core 5 120U and 16 GB DDR5 RAM supports smooth multitasking and responsive application performance. The 512 GB SSD delivers fast boot and application load times while keeping storage ample for documents and media. A 14" 1920 x 1200 display provides increased vertical space compared with standard Full HD, improving document and web page viewing. The aluminium-coloured lightweight build helps with transport and daily commuting without compromising a professional appearance.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and document editing
  • Web browsing, email and video conferencing
  • Light photo editing and media playback
  • Student use and remote learning
  • Business users who need a portable professional laptop

How to use

Set up the laptop by completing the Windows 11 Pro initial configuration and connecting to a secure Wi‑Fi network. Use the included system settings to create a user account and configure updates, power settings and backup options. For daily use, run office suites, web browsers and communication apps; store files on the internal 512 GB SSD and enable cloud backup if additional redundancy is required. When moving between locations, place the laptop in a padded compartment of a laptop bag to protect the aluminium-coloured chassis and display.

Recommendations

For sustained performance, keep the system firmware and drivers updated, avoid running many high-intensity background tasks simultaneously, and ensure adequate ventilation during extended workloads. Regularly back up important data and use power profiles to balance battery life and performance while on the go.
