Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The DELL DC15250 is a 15.6" laptop built for everyday computing and professional tasks. It features a 1920 x 1080 Full HD display, an Intel Core i5-1334U processor, 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD, providing a balance of performance, memory and fast storage. Integrated Intel UHD graphics handle standard visual workloads while Windows 11 Pro is preinstalled for business-oriented security and management features. The chassis is finished in black and the laptop weighs approximately 1.9 kg, making it suitable for users who need a portable yet capable workstation.

Advantages

The combination of a quad-core Intel Core i5-1334U and 16 GB of RAM supports smooth multitasking and responsive system performance for office applications, web work and media playback. A 512 GB solid-state drive ensures quick boot times and fast file access. The 15.6" Full HD display provides clear text and sharp images for document editing, spreadsheets and video conferencing. Windows 11 Pro delivers built-in security and productivity features useful in corporate and home-office environments. The lightweight design and standard connectivity make the device easy to carry and integrate into existing setups.
