Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The DELL 16 Plus DB16250 is a high-performance laptop in a blue clamshell design with a 16" Quad HD+ (2560 x 1600) WVA display in 16:10 format. It is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9 288V processor, 32 GB LPDDR5x RAM and a 2 TB SSD, and runs Windows 11 Pro. Intel Arc Graphics 140V and Wi‑Fi 7 with Bluetooth provide modern connectivity and graphics capabilities while a 64 Wh Li‑Ion battery supports mobile use.

Advantages

The combination of an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, 32 GB LPDDR5x memory and a 2 TB SSD delivers fast multitasking and responsive system performance. The 16" Quad HD+ WVA display offers sharp detail and a 16:10 aspect ratio that increases vertical working space. Intel Arc Graphics 140V supports graphics-accelerated tasks and media playback. Built-in Wi‑Fi 7 and Bluetooth ensure up-to-date wireless connectivity and the preinstalled Windows 11 Pro provides professional features and security controls.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking
  • Photo and video editing at mid to high settings
  • Content consumption and streaming
  • Software development and virtualisation tasks
  • Business users requiring Windows 11 Pro features

How to use

Unpack the laptop and connect the charger to the USB‑C/charging port. Power on and follow the Windows 11 Pro initial setup prompts to configure language, user account and network. Install required drivers and updates via Windows Update. For best performance, keep the system firmware and Intel graphics drivers up to date and store large project files on the internal 2 TB SSD or external backup. Use Windows power plans to balance battery life and performance when mobile.

Recommendations

For sustained heavy workloads (large video renders, prolonged compilation tasks) connect the laptop to power and ensure good ventilation. Regularly back up important data from the 2 TB SSD to external storage or cloud services and install official Dell and Intel driver updates to maintain system stability.
