Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The CAPTIVA Power Starter I77-289 15.6" Intel Core i5 64GB RAM 1TB SSD Windows 11 is a mid-size laptop with a 15.6-inch Full HD display (1920 x 1080) and integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics. It is equipped with an Intel® Core™ i5 processor operating at a base frequency of 1.3 GHz, 64 GB of DDR4 system memory and a 1 TB solid-state drive. The device runs Windows 11 Home and offers Wi‑Fi 6 connectivity in a silver chassis weighing approximately 2 kg.

Advantages

The combination of a 1.3 GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 64 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD provides responsive multitasking and fast application load times, while the 15.6" Full HD display delivers clear visuals for productivity and media. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics supports everyday graphics tasks without requiring a separate GPU. Built-in Wi‑Fi 6 enables higher wireless throughput and reduced latency compared with earlier Wi‑Fi standards. The preinstalled Windows 11 Home operating system ensures compatibility with modern applications and security updates.

How to use

Unpack the laptop, connect the included power adapter and perform the initial Windows 11 setup following the on-screen prompts to create or sign in to a user account. Use the system settings to configure Wi‑Fi 6 network access and adjust display and power options to match your preferences. Install required applications from trusted sources and keep the system updated via Windows Update. For file transfer and backup, use the 1 TB SSD for primary storage and consider cloud services or external drives for additional redundancy.

Recommendations

For sustained performance, use a power profile that allows higher processor states during heavy workloads and ensure adequate ventilation around the laptop. Regularly install Windows updates and drivers from official sources, and maintain at least 10–15% free SSD space to preserve write performance over time.
