Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Apple MacBook Pro 14‑inch with the Apple M5 processor offers a compact professional laptop in a silver clamshell design. The 14.2" (36.1 cm) Liquid Retina Mini‑LED display at 3024 x 1964 resolution, combined with up to 10‑core Apple GPU and a 10‑core M5 CPU, provides high performance for demanding applications. This configuration includes 32 GB of RAM, a 1 TB SSD, Wi‑Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, and ships with macOS Tahoe installed. The battery capacity is 72.4 Wh and the product weight is approximately 1.55 kg.

Advantages

The MacBook Pro M5 delivers a balance of CPU and GPU power suitable for professional workflows, longer battery life of up to 24 hours in typical mixed use, and a bright high‑resolution Mini‑LED display. macOS Tahoe adds productivity tools and system‑level features such as enhanced Spotlight and Live Activities integration, while Wi‑Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 ensure modern wireless connectivity. The 1 TB SSD and 32 GB RAM support large projects and responsive multitasking.

How to use

Set up the MacBook Pro by following the on‑screen macOS Tahoe setup assistant, sign in with your Apple ID, and configure iCloud and system preferences. Install required applications from the App Store or trusted developer sites. For best performance, keep the system software and apps updated, and store large active projects on the internal 1 TB SSD or an external high‑speed drive. Use the built‑in Wi‑Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless networks and peripherals.
