We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Each GPU core has a powerful Neural Accelerator, with a 16-core Neural Engine, delivering up to 8x faster AI performance than M1 chips, a third-generation ray-tracing engine and Dynamic Caching, plus SSD storage up to twice as fast as before. Battery life is the longest ever in a Mac at up to 24 hours, with fast charging to 50% in about 30 minutes. Connectivity on M5 models includes three Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI, MagSafe 3, SDXC card slot and headphone jack, plus Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3; it supports up to two external displays. It has a 12MP Center Stage camera with automatic framing and Desk View, three studio-quality microphones and a six-speaker system with Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos, housed in a durable 100% recycled aluminium enclosure. macOS Tahoe adds the Liquid Glass design, a faster Spotlight, Live Translation, automatic Shortcuts and tight iPhone integration (Phone app, Handoff, Universal Clipboard). Security features include Touch ID with Secure Enclave, Find My and FileVault.
