Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

MacBook Air 13" with the M4 chip combines a thin, lightweight design and a high-resolution 13.6" display (2560 x 1664) to provide a portable laptop for everyday work and entertainment. It is equipped with an Apple M4 processor (10‑core CPU, 10‑core GPU), 24 GB of unified memory and a 512 GB SSD, runs macOS Sequoia and weighs approximately 1.24 kg. The model is available in Sky Blue (listed here as Navy).

Advantages

The M4 chip delivers improved CPU and GPU performance for multitasking, creative apps and media playback while keeping energy efficiency. A 512 GB SSD offers fast storage and quick app launches, and 24 GB of unified memory supports heavier workloads. The 13.6" high‑resolution Retina display provides sharp text and detailed images in a compact form factor, and the light weight and long battery life make the laptop easy to carry and use throughout the day.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking
  • Photo and video editing at consumer and prosumer levels
  • Web browsing, streaming and media consumption
  • Software development and light virtualization
  • Students and frequent travelers who need portability

Key specifications

  • Display: 13.6" (2560 x 1664) Retina
  • Processor: Apple M4 (10‑core CPU, 10‑core GPU)
  • Memory: 24 GB unified RAM
  • Storage: 512 GB SSD
  • Graphics: Apple GPU (integrated)
  • Operating system: macOS Sequoia
  • Weight: 1.24 kg
  • Colour: Sky Blue (Navy as listed)

How to use

Set up the MacBook Air by following the on‑screen macOS setup assistant to create or sign in with your Apple ID, configure iCloud and transfer data if needed. Install required applications from the App Store or other verified sources. Adjust System Settings for display brightness, battery preferences and trackpad sensitivity to match your workflow. Use wireless connections (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth) for internet access and peripherals, and regularly back up important data using Time Machine or another backup solution.

Recommendations

For best long‑term performance, keep macOS and apps up to date, avoid exposing the laptop to extreme temperatures, and use a protective sleeve during transport. For heavier creative workloads, monitor memory and storage usage and consider external storage or cloud services for large projects.
