How to use

Mount the 1U sliding panel in a standard 19-inch rack. Route incoming backbone fibres to the rear or specified entry points and connect to the preloaded LC/UPC adapters. Use the provided colour-coded LC/UPC G.657.A2 pigtails to splice to feeder fibres or to connect directly to equipment patch cords. Slide the panel out to access adapters and pigtails during installation or service, then secure the panel back in place.

Recommendations

Handle fibres and pigtails using appropriate ESD and fibre-cleaning procedures. Use compatible singlemode LC/UPC patch cords and maintain bend-radius guidelines for G.657.A2 fibres. Keep the unit in a clean, dry indoor environment and avoid exposure to mechanical strain on pigtails.
