How to use

Install the SD‑WAN gateway at the site and connect the primary WAN (VDSL/fiber) and, if required, insert an active SIM for 4G backup. Use the LANCOM Management Cloud to perform an automated initial configuration, provision Auto‑VPN tunnels between sites, and apply security and VLAN policies centrally. Connect wired devices to the RJ‑45 LAN ports and allow wireless clients to join via Wi‑Fi 6. Monitor link status and performance through the management platform and configure Dynamic Path Selection and load balancing to distribute traffic across available WAN links.

Recommendations

For high availability, define at least two WAN connections (primary and backup) and enable active/active operation where possible.
