How to use

Load A4 sheets into the printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions and the orientation required for your template. Use the free label design software provided by Herma or any compatible template in your word processor to position text and barcodes within the 52.5 x 29.7 mm label area. After printing, peel labels from the backing and apply to clean, dry surfaces, pressing firmly to ensure full contact.

Recommendations

For best feed reliability and print quality, store the sheets flat in their original packaging and allow them to acclimatise to room temperature before use. Avoid applying labels to very rough, oily or dusty surfaces; for long-term outdoor use consider additional protection or specialised weatherproof labels.
