Label AVERY 6943-2026 vinyl green round 20 mm diameter weatherproof scratch-resistant

Round vinyl label AVERY 6943-2026 in green, 20 mm diameter, is a self-adhesive marking solution designed for long-lasting identification on a variety of surfaces. The vinyl material provides weatherproof and scratch-resistant properties suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its compact round shape and vivid green color make it suitable for color-coding, inventory marking, and durable product identification where resistance to moisture and abrasion is required.

Advantages

The vinyl construction offers enhanced resistance to water, UV exposure and surface abrasion, extending the visible lifetime of the mark. The self-adhesive backing enables quick, residue-minimizing application on metal, plastic, glass and coated surfaces. The 20 mm diameter is large enough for clear visual identification while remaining compact for tight labelling layouts. The round shape reduces edge lifting compared with cut-corner labels.

Suitable for

• Asset tagging in facilities and outdoor equipment
• Inventory control and stock differentiation
• Color-coding of parts, cables and storage locations
• Product identification where moisture and abrasion resistance is needed
• Temporary outdoor signage and maintenance markings

How to use

Clean and dry the target surface before application to ensure optimal adhesion. Peel the label from its liner and apply with even pressure, smoothing from the center outward to remove air pockets. For curved or textured surfaces, press firmly and allow the adhesive to set; avoid repositioning after full contact to prevent reduced adhesion. For long-term outdoor use, select a clean, non-greasy area and ensure adequate curing time before exposure to heavy moisture or mechanical wear.

Recommendations

Store labels flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance. For best results on metal or plastic, degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol. Avoid applying to freshly painted surfaces until paint is fully cured. When removing labels, warm the area slightly with a heat source and peel slowly to minimize residue.
