How to use

Place the machine on a flat, stable surface and secure the bowl. Attach the required accessory (whisk, kneading hook, grinder, disc or other included tool) according to the task. Add ingredients to the bowl or feeding chute, select an appropriate speed from the 12 available settings and start the appliance. Use overload protection as a safeguard: if the motor becomes overloaded, switch the machine off, remove excess ingredients and restart at a lower speed. After use, switch off and unplug the machine before removing accessories and cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results when kneading, use the kneading hook and avoid filling the bowl beyond its recommended capacity. Start mixing at a low speed and increase gradually to prevent splashing. Clean dishwasher-proof parts in the dishwasher, but wash electronic base and non-dishwasher components only with a damp cloth.
