Keycap Set Ducky DKSA109-DEPDYDYYWO1 Yellow PBT Double-Shot DE layout 109 keys

Ducky DKSA109-DEPDYDYYWO1 Yellow PBT Double-Shot DE layout 109 keys is a full keycap set manufactured from PBT material with double-shot legends and textured surfaces. The set contains 109 keys arranged for the German (DE) keyboard layout and is intended for mechanical keyboards with standard cross-stem mounts. The double-shot injection process produces legends that resist wear and remain readable over long periods, while the PBT material provides increased resistance to shine and heat compared with common ABS keycaps.

Advantages

The keycap set combines durable PBT construction with double-shot legends to prevent legend fading and maintain a consistent appearance during extended use. The textured PBT surface improves grip and reduces finger slide, and the full 109-key configuration supports compact and full-sized keyboards configured for the German layout. The set is compatible with standard MX-style stems and is designed to preserve key stability and profile uniformity across the board.

Suitable for

• Replacing worn keycaps on mechanical keyboards with German (DE) layout
• Customizing keyboard appearance with a yellow color scheme
• Building or restoring a compact or full-size keyboard that uses MX-style stems
• Users who need long-lasting, wear-resistant legends for frequent typing

Key specifications

• Material: PBT (polybutylene terephthalate)
• Legend method: double-shot injection molding
• Number of keys: 109
• Layout: German (DE) keycap legend arrangement
• Compatibility: MX-style cross stem key switches
• Surface: textured finish for improved grip

How to use

Before installing, power off the keyboard and, if possible, remove the key switches from the case to prevent debris ingress. Use a keycap puller to gently remove existing keycaps by pulling straight up. Align each replacement keycap with the cross stem of the switch and press down firmly until it snaps into place. For stabilised keys (such as spacebar, shift, enter), align the stabiliser wires or inserts before seating the keycap to ensure even travel and stability. After all keycaps are installed, test each key for proper seating and travel.

Recommendations

Clean keycaps periodically with a soft brush or mild soapy water; avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged soaking. When handling double-shot PBT keycaps, avoid sharp tools that can scratch the textured surface. Ensure compatibility with your keyboard’s layout and stabiliser type before purchase.
