Kensington VeriMark Desktop Fingerprint Key

The VeriMark Desktop Fingerprint Key provides business-class desktop security using biometric authentication. It is FIDO U2F certified and FIDO2 WebAuthn compatible, and is certified for Windows Hello, including Windows Hello for Business. The device also integrates with Microsoft services such as Office 365, Azure and Outlook, and supports Tap-and-Go functionality for a token-like experience when using older FIDO U2F services. The reader connects via a 1.2 m (3.9') USB cable and supports up to 10 fingerprints. Encrypted end-to-end security is implemented with Match-in-Sensor™ Fingerprint Technology, offering 360° readability and anti-spoofing protection. The product includes a two-year warranty and can assist organisations in meeting cybersecurity requirements related to privacy regulations like GDPR, BIPA and CCPA.

How to use

Connect the VeriMark Desktop Fingerprint Key to a USB port using the attached 1.2 m cable. Register up to 10 fingerprints using the setup software or the platform authentication flow; for Windows use Windows Hello integration to add fingerprints to a user account or Windows Hello for Business. For services supporting FIDO2/WebAuthn, choose the biometric option during sign-in; for legacy FIDO U2F services, use Tap-and-Go by touching the sensor to complete authentication.
