How to use
Place the foot rest on a stable floor surface and sit with your feet resting comfortably on the platform. Use the SmartFit system to identify the recommended height position, then use the locking foot pedal to raise or lower the platform without leaving your chair. Adjust the tilt to a comfortable angle for your feet and legs. Clean the surface by spot cleaning with warm water when needed.
Recommendations
For best ergonomic results, set the foot rest so your knees are at or slightly below hip level and change posture regularly. Use the wide platform to vary foot placement throughout the day and consult an ergonomist if you have specific medical or postural concerns.
