Jigsaw Puzzle Ravensburger Disney Castles Merida 1000 pieces

The Ravensburger Disney Castles Merida 1000 pieces jigsaw puzzle presents a detailed illustration from the Disney Castles series focused on Merida. The set includes 1000 precision-cut cardboard pieces designed to form a high-resolution final image suitable for display. Intended for adults and older children, the puzzle supports concentration, patience and fine motor development and can be assembled on a flat surface or preserved by gluing and mounting.

Advantages

Precision-cut pieces ensure tight interlocking and consistent fit across the full 1000-piece set, reducing assembly frustration and improving final image clarity. The thick, high-quality cardboard maintains shape during handling, while the printed surface reproduces colours and details from the Disney Castles Merida artwork accurately. The puzzle offers both recreational and educational value by promoting cognitive skills and hand-eye coordination.

Suitable for

• Leisure and family puzzle sessions for adults and older children
• Developing concentration and fine motor skills
• Classroom or group activities focused on teamwork and problem solving
• Creating a framed display or permanent mounted image after assembly

Key specifications

• Piece count: 1000 precision-cut pieces
• Material: durable, thick cardboard with a printed image surface
• Final image type: full-colour illustration from the Disney Castles Merida series
• Intended age range: adults and older children
• Finish: glossy printed image suitable for display or gluing

How to use

Unpack the contents and spread the pieces on a clean, flat work surface with good lighting. Separate edge pieces to form the border first, then group remaining pieces by colour, pattern or area of the illustration. Assemble gradually from distinct regions toward the centre until the full image is completed. If a permanent mounting is desired, follow the instructions of a suitable puzzle glue or adhesive and attach the finished puzzle to a rigid backing, allowing adequate drying time before framing or hanging.

Recommendations

Work in a dedicated area with sufficient space to avoid disturbing the arrangement; store unused pieces in a sealed container between sessions. Use a soft cloth or brush to remove dust before gluing, and choose a puzzle board or protective underlay to preserve piece edges during assembly.
