How to use

Fit a suitable saw blade (T- or U-shank) into the universal blade holder and secure it with the quick-change mechanism. Select the appropriate pendulum stroke setting and speed according to the material, starting at a lower speed for metals and harder materials and a higher speed for softwood and plastics. Align the baseplate on the workpiece and, if required, set the shoe to the desired bevel up to 45°. Use the 36 mm extraction connection to attach a compatible vacuum cleaner for dust removal and improved visibility while cutting.

Recommendations

For prolonged precise work, use sharp blades matched to the material and connect a wet/dry vacuum to the 36 mm port to remove dust and chips. When cutting metal, use the lowest suitable speed and appropriate metal-cutting blades. Always secure the workpiece and wear suitable eye and hearing protection.
