Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The JBL Tune 305C USB-C in-ear headset delivers Hi-Res Audio with JBL Pure Bass Sound in a lightweight, compact design. Equipped with 12.5 mm dynamic drivers and a frequency range of 20–40,000 Hz, the wired USB-C connection ensures compatibility with many PCs, mobiles and gaming devices. The three-button remote with built-in microphone lets you manage playback, volume, EQ presets and calls. A tangle-free flat cable and a 15.3 g weight make the headset comfortable for daily use.

Advantages

Hi-Res certification and 12.5 mm drivers provide clear detail across a wide frequency range and strong bass reproduction. USB-C wired connectivity offers broad device compatibility without needing adapters. The three-button inline remote supports playback control, volume adjustment, EQ preset switching (Default, Bass, Vocal) and call handling via the integrated microphone. The flat, durable cable reduces tangling and the lightweight in-ear design is suitable for extended wear.

Suitable for

  • Listening to music with enhanced bass and wide frequency response
  • Phone and voice calls with inline microphone
  • Use with USB-C equipped smartphones, laptops and gaming devices
  • Daily commuting and travel due to compact, lightweight design

Key specifications

  • Driver size: 12.5 mm dynamic drivers
  • Frequency response: 20–40,000 Hz (Hi-Res)
  • Connectivity: Wired USB Type-C
  • Controls: 3-button remote with microphone and EQ presets (Default, Bass, Vocal)
  • Cable type: Tangle-free flat cable
  • Weight: 0.0153 kg
  • Colour: Red
  • Wearing style: In-ear (intraaural)

How to use

Connect the headset to a device with a USB-C port. Use the three-button remote to play/pause tracks, skip or change volume and switch between EQ presets (Default, Bass, Vocal). Press the call button on the remote to answer or end calls; the built-in microphone captures voice for hands-free conversations. Position the earbuds comfortably in your ears and route the flat cable to avoid strain.

Recommendations

For best listening quality, ensure the connected device supports USB-C audio output and Hi-Res playback. Adjust the EQ preset to match content (Bass for low-frequency-focused music, Vocal for clear speech). Store the headset in a protective case to prevent cable wear when not in use.
