How to use

Open the charging case to automatically pair with a compatible Android device via Fast Pair or enable Bluetooth on your device and select "JBL Sense Lite" from the list. Place each earbud over the ear and adjust the memory-silicone hook so the earbud sits at a comfortable listening angle. Use the touch controls on each earbud to play/pause music, skip tracks, adjust volume (if configurable in the app), and answer or end calls. Charge the earbuds in the case when not in use; a 10-minute charge provides approximately three hours of playback.

Recommendations

For the best fit and lowest sound leakage, position the ear-hook and earbud so the driver faces the ear canal without inserting deeply. Use the JBL Headphones app to customize the 10-band EQ and touch control settings. Avoid exposing the case to heavy water immersion despite the IP54 rating; rinse and dry the earbuds if they get wet from sweat or light rain.
