Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Made for smarter meetings

The Jabra PanaCast 50 Room System 2 is a complete solution that enables small and medium rooms to play host to even more inclusive and immersive virtual meetings. Eight beamforming microphones and four stereo speakers deliver crystal-clear audio and ensure every voice is heard. With panoramic 4K resolution camera and 180° view, nobody is left out of the picture. Powered by the Lenovo ThinkSmart Core Gen 2, the Jabra PanaCast 50 Room System 2 delivers fast AI processing and smooth video streaming to make every meeting seamless.

Fully immersive. For all.

Nearly half of hybrid workers feel disconnected when not in the meeting room. That’s why the intelligent features of the Jabra PanaCast 50 Room System 2 are the complete solution to keep meetings engaging and productive. When the whole team is interacting as equal participants, get ready for next-level results.

Collaboration, for the win.

WORLD-LEADING AUDIO
Sound that astounds.

Great meetings start with great sound, and as the world leaders in professional audio, that’s something we know a thing or two about.

We’ve reinvented meeting room audio for modern ways of working, with eight professional-grade microphones and precision voice detection.

Intelligent algorithms automatically identify and remove residual echo and static noise, and we added an array of four powerful speakers in a zero-vibration stereo setup, to fill the room with premium, high-definition sound.

However you work, Jabra PanaCast 50 is engineered to keep you talking.

OUTSTANDING 180° VIDEO

All in.

In addition to our world-leading audio, we’ve gone all-in on inclusive video that keeps everyone, well… all in.

Three 13-megapixel cameras, mounted in a high-precision, multi-camera array, cover every part of the room.

But here’s the really clever part:

Our patented real-time video stitching technology intelligently decides exactly the right point to live-stitch the three feeds together, creating a smooth, 180° view in high-definition Panoramic-4K.

That means nobody is squeezed together, distorted, or missing from the picture. Jabra PanaCast 50 puts inclusive meetings back on the table, safely.

We’ve gone all-in on getting you all in.
