How to use

Plug the Jabra Link 400c into a compatible USB-C port on your laptop. Pair the adapter to a supported Jabra Engage headset by pressing the large pairing button on the adapter and following the headset pairing procedure. Use the LED colours to confirm connection status: blue when connected, green during a call and red when muted; the Microsoft Teams variant uses purple to indicate Teams connection and notifications. Manage firmware updates and device settings through Jabra Xpress or Jabra Direct as needed.

Recommendations

Place the adapter in a location on your laptop that avoids physical strain on the USB-C connection; the bendable design increases durability but positioning the adapter to minimise flex will extend longevity.
