We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

World-class sound

Lifelike conversations and higher customer satisfaction require both great, ambient-noise reducing sound in the agent's ears, and a noise-cancelling microphone that also avoids air shocks. The Jabra Biz 2300 has both.HD Voice technology makes sure you clearly understand the other partyThe speakers reduce ambient noise, so you can focus on the callSpecially designed “air shock” noise-cancelling mic filters out sharp breathing sounds and popping noises often heard in conversations.

Air shock microphone

When the microphone is close to the mouth of the user, there is a risk of respiratory noise. To reduce this, the microphone is designed aerodynamically and with many small holes instead of one larger hole. In addition, foam is included on the inside of the microphone. Overall, it reduces the penetration of air shocks to the microphone, which optimises the call quality.

The Jabra Biz™ 2300 is a UC headset that features an intuitive, in-line call controller for greater productivity and convenience. Large buttons with LED indicators make it easy for agents to pick up or end calls, put callers on or take them off hold, set volume levels or put the call on mute. Plus, all buttons are user-programmable.
