We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.

  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

Overview

Designed for lead-acid (GEL, AGM, flooded) and LiFePO4 batteries, this controller features a backlit LCD display, load output with timer, and dual USB ports (5V/2A). It includes overcharge, deep discharge, reverse polarity, short circuit, over-temperature, over-voltage, and lightning protection. Temperature compensation and common positive grounding are supported. The ABS housing mounts on a wall and accepts up to 6 mm² cable.
