How to use

Place the CP960 on a stable conference table position to ensure unobstructed 360° audio pickup. Connect the device to your network using the included LAN cable and attach power according to your deployment (PoE or external power as supported by your installation). Use the touchscreen and physical buttons to access call controls, meeting features and calendar entries when integrated with a supported platform. For larger rooms, attach compatible wireless expansion microphones to extend audio capture distance and place them according to manufacturer guidance.

Recommendations

For optimal audio performance, position the CP960 near the center of the meeting table and avoid placing large objects directly above the unit. When using wireless expansion microphones, distribute them evenly around the table and verify battery and wireless link status before meetings. Use the device management platform available in your environment to keep firmware and configuration up to date.
