Intellinet RJ45 Modular Plug Toolless Connector for Cat5/5e/6 cables is a push-fit RJ45 connector designed for quick terminations without a crimping tool. It accepts 22–26 AWG solid and stranded UTP conductors and is color-coded to support T568A or T568B wiring. How to use

Strip approximately 15 mm of the cable jacket, choose the desired wiring scheme (T568A or T568B) and align the conductors with the colour-coded slots in the connector. Slide the boot over the cable so the IDC blades press the wires into place, then close the boot fully to secure the connection. Ensure conductors are fully inserted into their slots before closing.

Recommendations

For best results use with unshielded twisted pair (UTP) Cat5/5e/6 cables and verify wiring continuity after termination. Avoid repeated reuse on the same cable end to maintain reliable contacts.
