Intamsys TPU95 is a high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament designed for flexible and durable 3D printing. With a Shore hardness of 95A, this filament offers excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance, making it ideal for functional prototypes, seals, gaskets, and wearable items. The filament diameter is 1.75 mm with a tolerance of ±0.03 mm, ensuring consistent extrusion. Net weight is 0.75 kg, vacuum-sealed with desiccant to maintain dryness.

Advantages

TPU95 combines the flexibility of rubber with the durability of plastic. It provides high elongation at break (500-600%) and good tensile strength (30-40 MPa). The material is resistant to oils, greases, and many solvents, and offers moderate UV resistance. Printing is straightforward with recommended extruder temperatures of 210-240 °C and bed temperatures of 30-60 °C (or cold).
