The InLine® USB 3.2 Gen.2 AOC cable is an active optical connection cable for high-performance AV, data and charging technology with USB-C interface. The fibre optic/copper hybrid technology enables lossless transmission of data, image and sound signals without any external power supply.
The support of DisplayPort Alt Mode, DSC 1.2 as well as HDR10, HDCP 1.4/2. 2, 3D and EDID makes this cable the ideal solution for professional applications in conference rooms, studios, presentation systems or digital control systems.

Plug one USB-C connector into the host device and the other into the target device or USB-C peripheral. Ensure both devices support USB-C and, for full 10 Gbit/s performance, that they are compliant with USB 3.2 Gen 2. No driver installation is typically required for basic data connectivity; operating systems detect standard USB storage devices, displays or peripherals automatically. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep connectors accessible for secure seating.

Recommendations

For consistent high-speed operation, use the cable with devices that explicitly support USB 3.2 Gen 2 data rates. Avoid tight bends and excessive pulling on the cable.
