The InLine® USB 2.0 active extension with USB-A plug to USB-A socket offers a powerful solution for professional use where USB connections over longer distances are required. Thanks to the integrated signal amplification, your data connections remain stable and interference-free even with cable lengths of up to 25 meters.

This cable is ideal for connecting external hard drives, keyboards, mice or other USB-A peripherals in offices, public authorities or industrial facilities. How to use

Connect the USB-A male end of the InLine active extension to the host device’s USB-A port and plug the peripheral into the USB-A female connector. Ensure both ends are fully seated. The active electronics in the cable automatically amplify the signal, so no external power or drivers are typically required for standard USB 2.0 devices. Verify device recognition on the host operating system and use as normal.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid running the cable alongside high-power electrical lines or sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use with USB 2.0 devices; high-speed USB 3.x devices will be limited to USB 2.0 speeds when connected through this cable.
