How to use

Connect the supplied USB-C cable to a suitable power adapter that meets the input requirements (DC 5V/2.0A or DC 9V/1.67A) and plug the adapter into a mains outlet. Place the Qi-enabled device on the centre of the charging pad, aligned within the charging distance (≤ 6 mm). Charging will start automatically when the device is compatible and correctly positioned. For optimal charging, remove thick or metal cases that may interfere with induction.

Recommendations

Use a compatible USB-C power adapter that provides sufficient current for the desired wireless output. Avoid exposing the charger to liquids or extreme temperatures and place it on a stable, flat surface during charging. If the device does not charge, check alignment and case thickness before contacting support.
