We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

The InLine® power cable with angled earthing contact plug (CEE7/7) and straight IEC C13 IEC connector offers a reliable and space-saving power supply solution for numerous applications in professional environments.
It is ideal for use in IT systems, laboratory environments, industrial workstations or event technology. Thanks to the angled earthing contact plug, the cable can be easily connected even in confined spaces, for example behind server cabinets, shelves or devices close to the wall.
The IEC C13 plug is a common connection for computers, monitors, printers, servers and many other devices with an IEC socket. The harmonized cable (H05VV-F) ensures stable and standard-compliant operation at voltages of up to 250 V and a current of up to 10 A.

How to use

Insert the angled CEE 7/7 plug into a compatible mains socket and connect the IEC C13 connector to the appliance’s inlet. Ensure the appliance is switched off before connecting or disconnecting the cable. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching points; secure it as needed to prevent tripping hazards.

Recommendations
