The InLine® PoE+ Gigabit network injector hub is the ideal solution for upgrading existing networks to Power over Ethernet – without having to replace existing switches. The hub offers eight RJ45 ports for data and power supply in accordance with IEEE 802.3af (PoE) and IEEE 802.3at (PoE+), each with up to 30 watts of output power per port. This allows network devices such as IP cameras or WLAN access points to be operated flexibly and independently of a power socket.
With a combined total PoE output of up to 120 watts via the power supply unit or 240 watts via the screw terminal connection block, the injector hub is particularly powerful. The integrated protection function against overcurrent, overvoltage and overheating offers additional safety in professional network operation. Thanks to its fanless design, the device operates silently and is ideal for installation in offices or technical rooms.
The standard-compliant support of 10/100/1000Base-T enables flexible integration into a wide range of network infrastructures. LED indicators provide information on the operating status and active PoE connections at all times.

How to use

Connect your network switch or router to the DATA IN RJ45 ports and connect PoE devices to the DATA + PWR OUT RJ45 ports using Cat5/5e/6 cables. Provide power with the supplied 56 V DC adapter or connect a suitable DC supply to the power terminal block if higher total PoE power is required. Verify LED indicators (PWR and PoE 1–8) to confirm power and port status. Use the included 19" mounting brackets or rubber feet for rack or desktop installation.

Recommendations

To ensure stable operation, use Cat5e or Cat6 cables for Gigabit links, keep the ambient temperature within the specified range (0–40 °C), and ensure the total connected PoE load does not exceed the available budget (120 W or up to 240 W when using the power terminal block).
