How to use

Connect the M12 8-pin X-coded end to the corresponding M12 X-coded socket on industrial equipment and plug the RJ45 end into a compatible Ethernet port or switch. Ensure connectors are fully engaged and, where applicable, hand-tighten or secure the M12 coupling to maintain a vibration-resistant connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges and excessive bending; observe standard bend radius for Ethernet cables.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures or chemicals beyond the PUR jacket’s specifications and avoid repeated tight bending near the connectors. Use cable clips or trays to secure routing and minimize mechanical stress.
