How to use

Connect the M12 8-pin X-coded plug to the corresponding M12 X-coded socket on your industrial equipment and plug the RJ45 connector into the network device or switch. Ensure connectors are fully engaged and, where applicable, secure the M12 threaded coupling to maintain IP67 protection. Route the cable with respect to the specified bending radii and attach to drag chains or cable guides as required for moving applications.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, avoid exceeding the specified dynamic and static bending radii and follow the cable routing guidelines for drag chains. Use the M12 side in exposed or damp areas where IP67 protection is required and keep the RJ45 side in protected enclosures (IP20). Inspect connectors periodically for wear and clean contacts if contamination is present.
