How to use

Connect the HDMI plug marked for the source device to your video source (for example a Blu-ray player, console or media PC) and connect the other HDMI plug to the display device (TV, projector or monitor). If necessary, detach the A or D plug to thread the cable through narrow ducts and then reattach the connector. The cable is directional; ensure the source end is connected to the source and the display end to the display. Use device menus to enable features such as eARC or HDR where supported.

Recommendations

For reliable 8K or 4K@120Hz performance, ensure connected devices and firmware support HDMI 2.1 features and set display and source settings to the matching resolution and refresh rate. Avoid tight bends near the connectors and secure the cable to prevent strain on the detachable plug. When installing through ducts, assemble the detachable connector only after routing the cable.
