The InLine® 24-Port Green Gigabit Switch offers a seamless network connection. The 24x 10/100/1000Mb/s auto-negotiation ports support all Auto MDI/MDIX. The switch is a cost-effective, easy-to-use, and powerful solution to upgrade your legacy network to a Gigabit network.
The switch supports IEEE802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE), which reduces power consumption by detects the connected cable length and operating mode and automatically adjusts the signal intensity, which reduces energy consumption and protects our environment.

How to use

Mount the switch in a 19" rack using the included 19" brackets or place it on a flat, stable surface. Connect each network device to the RJ-45 ports using appropriate Ethernet cables (Cat5e or higher for Gigabit speeds). Plug the power cord into an AC 100–240 V outlet. The LEDs indicate power status and link/activity; after power-up the switch operates in unmanaged mode and performs auto-negotiation and Auto MDI/MDIX on each port automatically. No additional configuration is required for basic switching functions.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use Cat5e or higher cables for Gigabit connections and keep cable runs within 100 m. Install the switch in a well-ventilated rack or cabinet, avoid exposure to temperatures outside the specified range, and ensure stable AC power to prevent network interruptions. Regularly check LED indicators to monitor link and activity status.
