The BlueOptics Q28-AOC-25M-IA-BO is a 25 m active optical cable (AOC) with QSFP28 connectors on both ends, designed for 100G high-speed transmissions over short distances. It uses OM3 multimode fiber with a 50 µm core diameter and LSZH sheathing for reduced smoke and halogen-free behavior. The cable integrates built-in I/O and O/E converters that transform electrical signals to optical and back, enabling reliable interconnects inside racks or between adjacent racks in data centers and high-performance computing environments.
